Our Savior Lutheran Church was organized in 1972 and has been serving the greater northeast Austin area since then.  Our first building was located at Parmer and Lamar; then moved to East Yager and Parmer Lane in 1990.  We offer childcare, and a  grade school covering pre-k through 5th grade.  Our preschool opened its doors in 1984 and our grade school began two years later in 1986. 

Our Savior Lutheran is a member of the Texas District - LCMS.  The Texas District - LCMS is part of a much larger church body called the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod which consists of approximately 2.6 million members, affliated with 29 church bodies around the world.
