Children's Sunday School

Sunday school for our children (Infant to 4th grade) happens every Sunday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 am.  We begin with a Sunday school opening in our sanctuary which includes singing and prayers then the kids progress to their classrooms.  Each class is working through the same story so if you have numerous children attending on Sunday morning you can discuss the lesson for the day with them at home and during the week. 

We also have classes for our older children (5th through 12th grade) on Sunday mornings taking the Bible lessons a little deeper with application for their everyday lives.   

All are welcome so please join us this Sunday at 9:30am in the sanctuary.

Adult Bible Study Opportunities

Sunday Morning Classes:

Sunday Morning Women's Study                 (Meeting in room 101, 9:30-10:30am)

Bring your favorite coffee mug and join us as we work through Scripture and share life. 

That the World May Know                             (Meeting in room 113, 9:30-10:30am)

Follow Ray Vander Laan through the Holy Land as he visits ancient sites from the Bible to discuss the historical, cultural and theological relevance from the time of Christ through today. 

The Book of Exodus                (Meeting in the Parlor of OSL, 9:30-10:30am)

A great place if you feel the need to dig deep into Scripture in a small group setting with some wonderful people who have spent a lifetime studying God's Word.

Beneath the Surface                               (Meeting in the Fellowship Hall, 9:30-10:30am)

This class takes a deeper look at the Scripture readings used in each Sunday morning's worship.  A wonderful class if you are visiting and are worried that you might have missed too much in the other classes. 

Chasing the Goose                (Meeting in Room 106, 9:30-10:30am)

This class is for 20 and 30 somethings and will cover anything from politics and current events to digging deep into Scripture to discover it's heart changing message. 

Mid-Week Classes/Devotional Meet-ups

Saturday Women's Bible Study

We are currently working through Henry Blackaby and Claude King's study Experiencing God.  This group meets at 10am the first and third Saturdays of each month.  Please join us and bring a friend.  Study books are available.  Contact Kelly Williams for more information.

Men's Devotional Breakfast

This group of guys meets every Tuesday morning at Ross' on N. Lamar Blvd. for breakfast, conversation and a devotion to begin their day.  Join them at Ross' 7am sharp.
